The reviews are in: PMF critics don't think this blog is very funny.

PMFers are proving harder and harder to please these days.
Early this morning this blog was finally discovered by the cybercrawlers over at Perugia Murder File, who got their first glimpse of the Guilter Talkin'.  The reviews began to roll in, and unexpectedly the critics were quite harsh!

The first 3 reviews:

H9:  "Not nice folks...."

Fuji:  "Not very intelligent, either. You owe me the 30 seconds of my life I wasted on that link, H9!".

Piktor:  "Maybe the humor lasts all of April 1. Then reverts to conspiraloon boiling pot, as its sister sites."

As you can see, the early criticism from guilterland has been quite harsh!  Luckily, PMF's "senior moderator" Peggy Ganong was less harsh on us here (or was just using her 1000th excuse to talk more about Bruce Fisher.  We're still trying to figure out if she is secretly in love with him):

Peggy Ganong:  "At least this shows an attempt at humor, something that seems to be totally lacking in the Starship Enterprise steered by "Bruce Fisher" TM. It isn't very funny, but it isn't devoid of humor. A sign of progress? Is it possible?".

Thank you to all PMFers for your reviews!  We invite you to post any more constructive reviews you have in the comments section below.

Fortunately for us, guilters say countless stupid things everyday.  So keep talking guilterland.  The more you talk, the more fodder we have, and the better this website becomes!  We couldn't do it without you.  Thanks to all!

  2. Thank you Guilter Talkin' for this! I would praise you more, but frankly, most of your material is simply handed to you by PMF. But bringing it to us without us having to wade through that swamp of intentional ignorance and hatred is a service for which I am grateful.

As "The Tard" would say: "Brilliant! A fine swathe (sic) of humour to soothe the fevered brow."

As "Plastic Alibi" would say: "Please accept my congratulations but don't try to find out who I am while I try to harm you individually. I will (like my own vicious Chihuahua) snarl viciously, hoping desperately to convince you (through the anonymity of a closed door) that I am a fierce Rottweiler, and not a pasty, paunchy middle-aged barrister with an inferiority complex. And the flowers were EXPENSIVE!"

As PQ would say: "I am NOT a stalker. PS: What are you wearing? Never mind, the telescope is in focus now."

And finally, as Pgong would say: Oh hell, she'd just say whatever PQ or her husband told her to say. Of course in her own grand, self-important manner.

One question, will this continue after AK and RS are home, or do we only have you for a couple of months or so?

  3. My favorite is when they criticize Seattle's public school system in rants full of grammatical errors. Most of their rants remind me of giant bags of stale marshmallows. Lots of filler, but no nutritional content. Stale because there is no original thought. They just regurgitate ad naseum in comebacks any toddler could prepopulate. Arrogance creates narrow minds!

I also enjoyed the photo that mocks Americans. Because, as we all know, nothing about the controversy surrounding this case is anti-American (yeah right). The photo was created, no doubt, by a person too chicken to disclose their own appearance. What kind of idiot would imagine the Queen of England taking her dogs to a wedding? Lame. Unimaginative. Full of disdain for anyone perceived to be of lower class. So British. Oppps! Did I just write that? Sh*t, guess I did. Damn.

  5. Nice blog. May I respectfully nominate Stilicho's latest display of cretinism:

There's another not-so-subtle undercurrent to this whole scenario and re-reading some of the material on the killing of Reena Virk brought it back to mind. If Rudy and Meredith were both being "pranked" by Knox and Sollecito, then there is an added racist aspect to the crime.

Amanda didn't express any remorse at blaming Patrick, another black man, either. She giggled when the swarthy Kokomani testified.

What are the chances we have ourselves a couple of little hate-criminals?

So Amanda wanted a group sex orgy with a black man because she is a racist? Riiight.

  6. Thank you anonymous. Quick little tidbit. Stilicho isn't the first crazy person to bring up this concept. Peggy Ganong's favorite blogger, some weirdo posting as "Button", believes the motive in this case is "racial cleansing".

Here is the exact quote: "there is forensic evidence and the motive seems quite clear to me: racial or ethnic cleansing. Meredith Kercher was a dusky-skinned Eurasian and somewhat exotic looking. Racism is a simple enough motive - you don't have to be a rocket scientist to grasp the concept of it."'

Hmmm. You also don't have to be a rocket scientist to see how hilariously stupid the above statement is.

Two things to take away from this. One, this "button" is a total embarrassing loon. Who could honestly take this woman seriously? Two, this is Peggy Ganong's favorite blogger, which is equally embarrassing, but of course, great for this website.

You can view the quote here for yourself: http://eclectchap.blogspot.com/2009_08_30_archive.html

  7. Another classic - Ganong claimed more people were killed with guns in America than were killed in Vietnam during the Vietnam War, until somebody pointed out her cretinism.

    You couldn't make it up!

  8. I am really glad someone started this blog. Weathering the constant hate-campaign against Amanda waged by these misogynist lunatics alone is no fun. Even when they do make asses of themselves, which is quite often.

Mostly though, TJMK deals in hate. Trying to put all this to a close and picture Amanda coming home finally, I've wondered if anyone has specific insights as to why Peter and Peggy have made it their life's goal to promote this hatred. Obviously they're sick people and have nothing better to do with their lives, but why this 'cause'? Is Peter connected in some way to the prosecution? I haven't studied Peggy's motives but was also wondering if anyone had any clue...it's one sick thing to go along with hatred and quite another to instigate it and pledge your whole existence to it.
